the wedding ceremonyAt The Hunters Inn we have two rooms licensed for wedding ceremonies; the Morning Room for a more intimate service for up to 40 guests, and the Ballroom with space for up to 100. If you want to marry in church but don’t want to travel far, there are many local options closeby including St Martin at Martinhoe- a Grade II listed building and only a few minutes away by car.
your wedding receptionWe can seat up to 100 for a wedding banquet or buffet in the Ballroom, and can cater for more if you choose a marquee on the lawn. For something more intimate the Morning Room is ideal and can seat up to 20. We like to be flexible and creative so that your menu will truly reflect what you want. We also offer a wide range of wines, Prosecco & Champagne; both to accompany your meal and for toasts.

entertainmentWe can arrange all types of entertainment suitable for every part of your wedding ceremony and reception. From string quartets or your own CD/iPod music for the ceremony, to a theme for your welcome reception, a live band or a DJ for the evening, we can accommodate all types of music and entertainment equipment. We can also arrange for any additional entertainment whether for children or adults, such as a magician, comedian or casino.
